From 11.30am every weekend, we’re serving a generous plate of full blood wagyu beef rump, roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, buttered peas, rich onion gravy, Yorkshire puddings and a lick of seeded mustard. It’s hearty, familiar, and best enjoyed slowly, like weekends should be.
